Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 3, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bibo. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use Bibo. Vendors, wholesalers and riders may need to provide additional information and pass verification checks.

3. Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Roles & Responsibilities

Customers

  • Place orders, provide correct delivery details and pay for orders as required.
  • Follow usage policies and applicable laws.

Vendors & Wholesalers

  • Are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability and for fulfilling orders in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Must comply with local laws, taxes and consumer protection rules.

Riders

  • Are independent contractors (unless otherwise agreed) responsible for timely and safe delivery of orders and following local traffic and delivery regulations.

5. Orders, Payments & Fees

When a customer places an order, a contract is formed between the customer and the vendor/wholesaler for the purchase of goods. Bibo may facilitate payment processing using third‑party payment providers. Fees (platform commissions, delivery fees, service charges) will be disclosed to vendors and customers where applicable.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Delivery times are estimates. Vendors are responsible for dispatching items; riders handle last‑mile delivery. Returns, refunds and cancellations follow the Bibo Returns Policy (available in the app) and applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities or sell prohibited items;
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or bypass fees;
  • Harass, defraud, or engage in harmful behavior toward other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks and software are owned by Bibo or our licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant Bibo a license to display that content within the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibo disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid to Bibo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bibo and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, or for operational reasons. Users may close their accounts in accordance with in‑app options or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bibo is incorporated, unless otherwise required by local law. Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration where permitted.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Substantive changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
